With very high expectations for the Atlanta Hakws entering the 2002-03 season, it became one of disappointment and change.

Glenn Robinson, Shareef Abdur-Rahim and Jason Terry combined to average 57.9 ppg, becoming the highest-scoring trio in the league on the season. Additionally, center Theo Ratliff returned to All-Star form in the season’s second half.
