The Pittsburgh Penguins and Fox Sports Radio 970 (WBGG AM) are teaming up to produce a weekly one-hour show about the Pittsburgh Penguins and the hockey world.

“PensWeek’ will debut Tuesday Oct. 19 at 7 p.m. and will run on a weekly basis throughout the fall and winter.

Pittsburgh Penguins radio voice Paul Steigerwald will host the show and will have regular features on Pittsburgh Penguins prospects in the American Hockey League and the East Coast Hockey League, as well as the college, junior and European ranks. There will be reports on the progress of the club’s minor league affiliates in Wilkes-Barre and Wheeling, in addition to interviews with Pittsburgh Penguins coaches, staff and alumni.
